today wake up at 7.30 ... shld wake up at 7 de ... but nvm cos melvyn worst ... then went to sch training ... today the training didnt really do alot of things ... only keep running the stairs ... run till tired like hell ... is very tiring ... then we have match ... sec 3 vs sec 4 and sec3 won ... then sec2 vs sec4 and the match haven miss chan call us go for lunch le ... and the sec 1 didnt get to play ... then we have lunch we need to go back sch for injection ... need inject cos going to taipei ... and the injection not pain at all de ... and i was the first few to inject ... and noticed that my phone cant use le ... got damn fed-up wif that .. cant msg for dunno how many days ...
