today actually got meet
melvyn de ... but i wake up late ... 0800 then wake up .. then after bathe all this ... went downstairs buy a bread eat while i go to the bus stop ...then at bus stop is already 0830 ... training start
le ...then at bus also come ... then when reach west coast
jodi call and ask if i got go training then he told me coach haven come ... then i went down one stop b4 the sch bus stop went to the nearest coffee shop and buy a iced
milo ... then slowly walk to sch ... then when reaching the gate saw coach car faster walk in the sch ... then go basketball court ... they say i need do push up cos i late ... dunno real
anot ... then run fast the warm up very fast ... till coach come ...
haha ... i wake up so late still reach b4 coach reach ... then training start about at 0845 ...
haha ... but then end at 1330 ... train for 5 hours and the break for today also not really
alot de ... so tired ... then go market eat and then go play basketball at
devis ... i actually wanted to go home rest
de ... but i promise jasper say i
wednesday will play basketball
wif him ... then play awhile
wif him ... actually not really play ... at there only
msging ppl ... too tired to play ... then at there till about 3+ 4 like that ... then reach home wanted to sleep but got something
alot more important to do ... so
mayb sleep early today ... then now playing comp ... and head very pain ... and dunno
